Measured progress on clean water, sanitation and clean energy.
Every service we run contributes to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We measure that contribution on each site, report it to the client every month, and publish an annual summary.

Four goals, measured on every site.
We focus on the goals our work moves directly, and report against their official indicators rather than claiming all seventeen.
What each service contributes, and what we measure.
| Service | SDG targets | What we measure and report |
|---|---|---|
| Water treatment | 6.1 Safe drinking water; 3.9 Illness from unsafe water; 6.4 Water-use efficiency | Residents served with water that passes every NIS 554 parameter at the tap; share of monthly samples passing; water losses |
| Sewage treatment | 6.2 Sanitation; 6.3 Halve untreated wastewater and increase safe reuse; 14.1 Land-based pollution of coasts and lagoons | Share of wastewater treated to the discharge limits; effluent pass rate; treated water reused |
| Resource recovery | 7.2 Renewable energy; 13.2 Climate action; 12.5 Waste reduction | Biogas captured; kWh recovered; tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent avoided; sludge volume reduced |
| Energy | 7.1 Reliable access; 7.2 Renewables; 7.3 Energy efficiency; 13.2 Climate action | Hours of supply; renewable share of kWh; cost per kWh; diesel litres and carbon dioxide avoided |
| Facility management | 11.1 Basic services in housing; 11.6 Urban waste; 12.5 Recycling; 8.8 Safe workplaces | Waste diverted from dumpsites; helpdesk response times; lost-time incidents |
The Health Check sets the baseline.
Every Estate Utilities Health Check records a sustainability baseline for the site alongside its engineering findings: water quality, wastewater treated, hours of power, renewable share, diesel burnt and carbon emitted. The monthly estate report then tracks each figure against that baseline, so progress is measured, not estimated.
A site's figures are used beyond its own report only with the client's written consent, and only in aggregated form.
- Water and effluent samples tested by IPAN-registered laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025.
- Our quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system built to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, for independent certification.
- Accounts audited every year by an independent auditor.
- An annual sustainability summary, published on this site, covering every estate whose client has consented.
Projects that are ready to finance.
Development lenders, climate funds and programmes for water, sanitation and clean energy look for the same things: a measured baseline, audited accounts, a safety and environmental management system, and results reported against recognised indicators. We build all four into every project, so solar hybrid systems, sewage rehabilitation and resource recovery projects can be co-financed.
