If Skratchsphere runs your estate, this page is for you.
How to report a fault, what the monthly report tells you, and how your service charge is accounted for.

Report a fault
Message the estate helpdesk on WhatsApp or call the number in your estate's welcome pack. Every report gets a ticket number, a response time and a closing message when the job is done. Emergencies, such as a sewage overflow, a water supply failure or a generator fault, go to the 24-hour line in the same pack.
Read the monthly report
Your executive committee receives the full report every month: service charge billed and collected, spend against budget, water and effluent test results, diesel used and cost per unit, and open issues. A resident summary is posted on the estate notice board or portal. Ask your exco for the full report at any time.
Pay and check your service charge
Service charge is paid into the estate's own account, never into Skratchsphere's. Every payment gets a receipt, and the monthly report shows what was billed and collected by unit, so the exco and every resident can see arrears and spend in the same document.
What the monthly water result means.
Treated water is sampled at the tank and at a tap in the estate and tested against the Nigerian Standard for Drinking Water Quality. The result shows each parameter, the standard's limit and whether the sample passed. If any parameter fails, the report says what we did about it and when the retest is due.

Questions residents ask.
Who do I call at night?
The 24-hour line in your estate's welcome pack. It is answered by the duty supervisor, not an answering machine.
Why did the power tariff change?
Estate power is priced from the diesel used, the hours run and the units sold. The monthly report shows each of these, so a change in the tariff can always be traced to a change in one of them.
Can I see the accounts?
Yes. The exco receives the full monthly report and a resident summary is posted each month. The accounts are audited annually by an independent auditor.
How do I give feedback about the estate team?
Through the helpdesk, through your exco, or through the Contact page on this site. Every complaint about our staff is answered by a manager in writing.
Not one of our estates yet?
Ask your exco to book a Health Check. One site visit, one written report.
