Water and sewage plant operators, electricians, generator technicians and estate maintenance staff. Training is on the job and on a schedule, and every operator is inducted before working on a site.
Estate managers and helpdesk staff
People who can run an estate day to day, keep records a resident could audit, and answer a complaint in writing without being told to.
Engineers
Process, mechanical and electrical engineers to design, commission and supervise plants and power systems. COREN registration, or progress towards it, is expected.
