What we collect

The details you enter in our forms: your name, organisation or estate, role, location, phone number, email address and the message or booking details you send.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, schedule a Health Check or site visit, prepare a proposal, consider an application and, if you become a client, to deliver the contract. We do not use it for anything else.

Who sees it

Skratchsphere staff who handle enquiries and deliver services. We do not sell or rent personal information. Service providers who host our website or forms process it only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for the life of the contract and for the period required by law afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the details on our Contact page. We reply within one working day.

WhatsApp and phone

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, WhatsApp's and your network provider's own terms also apply to that channel.
