  • Findings for each system, with photographs
  • A risk rating for each finding: urgent, planned, monitor
  • Compliance gaps and what closes them
  • Prioritised fixes with cost bands and suggested sequencing
  • A sustainability baseline for your estate: water, sanitation, energy and carbon figures measured against the UN Sustainable Development Goal indicators

Which systems concern you most

By sending this form you agree to the Health Check terms and our Privacy Notice.

Before you book

Questions we are asked before booking.

How long does the visit take?

Half a day for an estate of up to 150 units. Larger estates and mixed-use developments take a full day.

Do we need to switch anything off?

No. We inspect systems in operation. We may ask for the generator to be run for a short load test.

Is the report independent if you also sell the fixes?

The report separates findings from recommendations, gives cost bands rather than a single quote, and you are free to take it to any contractor. The fee credit applies only if you choose us.

Which states do you cover?

All 36 states and the FCT. Site visits are scheduled by region, and any travel costs are agreed with you when you book.

What if the report finds nothing serious?

Then you have a documented baseline, and your exco can show residents that the systems were independently checked.
